Lead Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Ensure successful delivery of projects, managing scope, budget, and quality.
• Manage team resourcing, commercial activities, and compliance with business processes.
• Lead and develop other delivery managers, providing regular feedback.
• Support client engagement, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to bids.
• Promote hirify.global's reputation through thought leadership and networking.
• Share best practices within the Delivery Community of Practice.

Requirements

• Ability to ensure delivery success across scope, budget, and quality for complex digital projects.
• Experience managing commercial fundamentals (SOWs, P.O.s, Gross Profit Margin, forecasting).
• Proficiency in performance management, including addressing issues and supporting promotions.
• Expertise in planning and implementing risk and quality management activities.
• Strong coaching and consultancy skills with various agile delivery approaches (Kanban, Scrum, Scaled Agile, Waterfall).
• Ability to build and maintain trust with stakeholders at all levels.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and positive response to feedback.
• Eligibility for SC (security check) clearance, requiring 5 years' UK residency and 5 years' employment history (or back to full-time education).
