What you will do
- Develop and foster trust-based client partnerships, understanding their needs and concerns.
- Coordinate and motivate team members, providing Agile leadership and facilitation for continuous improvement.
- Participate in regular account reviews with clients and serve as a primary point of contact for issues.
- Support engagement profitability and performance metrics, including timely billing and payment processes.
- Elevate hirify.global's image within client organizations and contribute ideas for improvements.
- Collaborate with People & Operations on staffing and address people-centric issues impacting client engagement.
Requirements
- Some experience in a software development consultancy or a similar environment.
- An understanding of consulting and stakeholder management.
- Great organizational skills.
- Familiarity with software delivery in varied settings; previous roles within a delivery team (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach) are advantageous.
- Strong communication, facilitation, diplomacy, and negotiation skills.
- Financial acumen and a commercial mindset.
