What you will do
- Lead and optimize complex, multi-market programs to drive client impact and business growth.
- Drive delivery P&L performance and financial targets through strategic resource planning and commercial optimization.
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing delivery teams across Project Directors, Operations Directors, and Operations Managers.
- Shape delivery strategy and execution in collaboration with Global Programme Directors and client stakeholders.
- Establish governance frameworks and quality assurance processes for consistent delivery excellence.
- Lead AI and innovation project delivery, setting new standards for efficiency and shaping commercial models.
Requirements
- Proven leadership in delivery and operations within creative/agency environments (10+ years experience, 5+ years in leadership with P&L responsibility).
- Demonstrated commercial and financial expertise, connecting operational decisions to business outcomes and client value.
- Expertise in creative production processes, digital workflows, and content delivery across multiple channels.
- Experience managing workforce planning, performance development, and organizational design.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels, from team members to senior client executives.
- Advanced understanding and strategic integration of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, project management AI, analytics platforms), including establishing AI governance frameworks for delivery teams.
