Location: Expected to come into our San Francisco office twice per week. Candidates must reside in an eligible location within the United States.

Salary: 131,000 - 220,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a global team of marketing operations and data analysts.
  • Own the marketing technology stack, including Marketo, DemandBase, and LeanData, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of global marketing performance dashboards and reports.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Data Engineering to align marketing data architecture.
  • Champion adoption of AI, automation, and advanced analytics tools.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Analytics, or Revenue Operations, including 3+ years leading a global team.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, and DemandBase (LeanData preferred).
  • Demonstrated understanding of B2B marketing funnels, attribution models, and lifecycle processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
