Focus on creating clarity, rigor, and velocity across all marketing touches, ensuring programs ship on time and campaigns go live flawlessly.

Location: San Francisco

Salary: $110,000–$150,000

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end operationalization of marketing campaigns across paid, lifecycle, content, and ABM.
  • Build and enforce QA standards to ensure every campaign is deployed accurately.
  • Maintain clear performance reporting across funnel stages (traffic → MQL → SQL → pipeline → revenue).
  • Run the marketing operating rhythm: bi-weekly planning, sprint tracking, roadmap visibility, and QBR execution.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Design to keep initiatives on track.
  • Continuously improve documentation, process, and workflow automation to make marketing more scalable.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Program Management, Campaign Operations, or RevOps-adjacent roles.
  • Built and QA’d multi-channel B2B campaigns end-to-end.
  • Highly proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, structured reporting).
  • Understands core B2B funnel metrics and how marketing drives pipeline.
  • Experience with workflow tools (Notion, Asana, Linear) and CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Worked in B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or developer-focused products.
