📋 Description

• Own the AI-augmented outbound engine and inbound nurture.
• Lead strategic roadmap for workflow automation across DG and Marketing Ops.
• Define standards to amplify marketing impact and go-to-market efficiency.
• Build scalable autonomous machine surfacing high-intent accounts to BDRs.
• Drive operational efficiencies across Scandit's DG tech stack and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of Marketing Operations experience and leadership.
• Hands-on with Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, Gong, enrichment providers.
• Experience with modern growth tools (Clay, Zapier/Make, Relevance AI).
• LLM orchestration and agentic workflows; AI QA and governance.
• GDPR compliance, email deliverability and brand-consistent personalization.
• Strong collaboration between Marketing and Sales; experimentation mindset.
