Global Product Manager - PSG MDP Revenue Credit Teaming

What you will do

• Support the PSG MDP Teaming product squad in enhancing platforms, processes, and policies for Managing Director and Partner compensation.
• Discover requirements, refine the backlog, document features, develop user stories, and define clear acceptance criteria.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and workshops, clarify business context and user needs, and guide trade-off decisions.
• Partner with developers and QA to shape product enhancements, conduct functional testing and UAT, and coordinate user feedback.
• Analyze data with Excel and SQL to provide insights, prioritize product work, and understand relationships across tables.
• Triage escalated issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate fixes with the development team.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in business analysis and/or product management, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL, including writing queries and interpreting data connections.
• Experience leading stakeholder meetings and workshops and guiding business partners through product trade-offs.
• Experience partnering with developers and QA to deliver product enhancements and functional requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; business, technology, finance, information systems, or a related field is encouraged.

Nice to have

• Experience in professional services or highly matrixed organizations.
• Experience with Agile product management tools such as Jira Software.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams and technologies supporting finance, evaluation, or HR processes.
