Product Manager (Insurance)

Location: Hybrid, with 2 days per week in the Cardiff office, United Kingdom

Confused.com is a UK insurance comparison platform within RVU, a group of digital brands including Uswitch, hirify.global, money.co.uk, and Mojo Mortgages.

What you will do

• Define, own, and drive the strategy for an insurance comparison product across areas such as car, home, travel, life, pet, or bike insurance.
• Lead product discovery and delivery to improve customer experiences and achieve positive outcomes in line with industry regulations.
• Use data and customer insights to identify opportunities, define performance measures, and grow engagement, conversion, product holding, loyalty, and customer lifetime value.
• Coordinate with engineering, analytics, design, marketing, commercial, and platform teams to deliver the product roadmap across web, mobile app, and CRM.
• Manage risks, challenge assumptions, and support external service providers and partners in delivering shared objectives.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience running discovery with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams.
• Strong commercial awareness, critical thinking, communication, resilience, and adaptability.
• Understanding of human-centred design principles and their application to digital customer experiences.
• Experience working with external suppliers and partners.
• Availability to work 2 days per week from the Cardiff office.
