What you will do

  • Identify and engage new B2B reseller partners.
  • Generate leads through marketing activities, outbound campaigns, digital prospecting tools, and the hirify.global Xvantage platform.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to negotiation and successful onboarding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Vendor Managers, Presales, Marketing, Finance) to design and execute growth strategies.
  • Track performance, manage your pipeline, and contribute to team KPIs.
  • Share insights, new ideas, and market feedback to continuously improve go-to-market approach.

Requirements

  • Strong motivation to learn and grow in a commercial role within the IT market.
  • Commercial acumen, curiosity, and a proactive approach.
  • Fluency in Italian.
  • Good working proficiency in English.
  • A collaborative attitude and entrepreneurial mindset, with a drive to achieve results.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT distribution, vendor, or system integrator environments.
  • Stronger skills in English.
