What you will do
- Identify and engage new B2B reseller partners.
- Generate leads through marketing activities, outbound campaigns, digital prospecting tools, and the hirify.global Xvantage platform.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to negotiation and successful onboarding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Vendor Managers, Presales, Marketing, Finance) to design and execute growth strategies.
- Track performance, manage your pipeline, and contribute to team KPIs.
- Share insights, new ideas, and market feedback to continuously improve go-to-market approach.
Requirements
- Strong motivation to learn and grow in a commercial role within the IT market.
- Commercial acumen, curiosity, and a proactive approach.
- Fluency in Italian.
- Good working proficiency in English.
- A collaborative attitude and entrepreneurial mindset, with a drive to achieve results.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT distribution, vendor, or system integrator environments.
- Stronger skills in English.
