What you will do
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle, ensuring successful onboarding and product adoption.
- Provide clear proactive technical guidance and expertise across hirify.global's product suite.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and regional account teams to support the regional book of business.
- Ensure customer retention and expansion by contributing technical expertise during account reviews.
- Assist with technical escalations by collaborating with Customer Support, Engineering, and other internal teams.
- Contribute to the CSE organization's success through knowledge-sharing, documentation, and best practice iteration.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in technical post-sales roles within cybersecurity or internet technology.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
- Deep understanding of internet workings, including OSI model layers and protocols (TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP).
- Experience with reverse/forward proxies, firewalls, WAFs, Bot Management, Rate Limiting, (M)TLS, and Zero Trust.
- Demonstrated experience with a scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash).
- Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize competing demands effectively.
