TL;DR

Location: Remote in Australia, with a focus on candidates located in Sydney. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia without visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices, assisting in establishing a hirify.global Center of Excellence.
  • Serve as the primary hirify.global liaison for technical questions and escalations, collaborating with internal teams.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders from practitioners to C-level.
  • Help customers develop and achieve Success Plans, measuring and reporting on KPIs.
  • Identify and address technical issues, collaborating with Engineering and Support teams for resolution.
  • Advocate for customer needs across departments and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hirify.global platform and cloud security threats.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering).
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with CSP level certifications preferred.
  • Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes and their security considerations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients, driving customer success, and exceeding performance targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
