What you will do

• Lead and coordinate post-sales implementation journeys for new customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact during the critical transition phase.
• Ensure customers are both operationally and technically prepared for successful onboarding.
• Align stakeholders, clarify requirements, and drive implementation milestones forward.
• Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure all prerequisites are in place.
• Coordinate asset and guideline migrations, implementation kick-offs, and cross-functional delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SaaS implementation, delivery, or Professional Services roles.
• Strong project or program management skills across multiple teams.
• Experience owning post-sale delivery phases or complex handovers.
• Client-facing experience leading implementation or delivery kick-offs.
• Sufficient technical fluency to understand DAM / content platform concepts, identify gaps/risks, and involve technical specialists.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with DAM, CMS, PIM, or MarTech platforms.
• Exposure to integrations (SSO, CMS, APIs) at a coordination level.
• PMP Certification.
