What you will do

• Resolve inbound support requests from hospitality integration partners regarding hirify.global Hospitality APIs and integration issues.
• Provide partners with required credentials, developer accounts, and technical resources.
• Make configuration changes upon partner request and ensure proper setup of hospitality apps and integrations.
• Document, troubleshoot, and escalate software defects to development teams.
• Advocate for partner needs by submitting improvement requests based on feedback and common challenges.
• Stay informed on ongoing developments and updates across hirify.global Hospitality products to provide accurate guidance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support, integration, or partner-facing role.
• Strong proficiency working with RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal (C1 required).
• Must be based in North America.

Nice to have

• Experience with client-side development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with server-side development using Python, PHP, or Ruby.
• Exposure to hospitality technology ecosystems (POS, payments, online ordering, delivery, reservations, loyalty).
