What you will do
- Own and drive end-to-end recruitment strategies for go-to-market functions.
- Act as a strategic talent partner to GTM executive leaders, advising on talent strategy and market conditions.
- Design and execute inclusive, high-quality recruitment processes across North America and Europe.
- Build and refine long-term talent attraction strategies, identifying target talent pools.
- Leverage recruitment data, market intelligence, and industry trends to elevate hiring quality.
- Represent hirify.global in targeted talent attraction initiatives and industry events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on go-to-market recruitment (Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Partnerships).
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior GTM leaders and influencing strategic hiring decisions through data-driven insights.
- Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple regions.
- Strong understanding of GTM talent markets.
- Must be legally allowed to work in Canada or have full rights to work in the US.

- Strong business acumen and understanding of revenue models.
- Experience supporting high-growth or scaling GTM organizations within the technology (ideally SaaS) space across North America and Europe.
- Track record of building proactive talent pipelines in competitive markets.
- Comfort using recruitment analytics and market intelligence to influence workforce planning.
