Focus on acting as a strategic partner to GTM executive leaders, designing inclusive recruitment processes across North America and Europe, and leveraging recruitment data to refine sourcing and evaluation approaches.

Location: Remote (Must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States). Company offices in Quebec City, Montreal, London, and Weert (Netherlands).

What you will do

  • Own and drive end-to-end recruitment strategies for go-to-market functions.
  • Act as a strategic talent partner to GTM executive leaders, advising on talent strategy and market conditions.
  • Design and execute inclusive, high-quality recruitment processes across North America and Europe.
  • Build and refine long-term talent attraction strategies, identifying target talent pools.
  • Leverage recruitment data, market intelligence, and industry trends to elevate hiring quality.
  • Represent hirify.global in targeted talent attraction initiatives and industry events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on go-to-market recruitment (Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Partnerships).
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior GTM leaders and influencing strategic hiring decisions through data-driven insights.
  • Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of GTM talent markets.
  • Must be legally allowed to work in Canada or have full rights to work in the US.

Nice to have

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of revenue models.
  • Experience supporting high-growth or scaling GTM organizations within the technology (ideally SaaS) space across North America and Europe.
  • Track record of building proactive talent pipelines in competitive markets.
  • Comfort using recruitment analytics and market intelligence to influence workforce planning.
