TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $60-70/hr depending on experience

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end hiring for critical clinical & technical roles in a fast-moving environment, balancing speed, quality, and long-term team fit
  • Partner closely with leaders across the org as a strategic advisor on market dynamics, compensation tradeoffs, and realistic timelines
  • Lead proactive sourcing efforts using advanced techniques across multiple channels and talent communities
  • Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to diagnose issues, forecast outcomes, and drive decision-making
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and reporting within Greenhouse and other recruiting tools
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience, including ownership of senior and hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Experience navigating and recruiting in health-tech or healthcare environment required
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred
  • Experience recruiting physicians preferred
  • Proven experience hiring for a variety of roles including technical and clinical positions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable attention to detail
