What you will do

  • Own end-to-end hiring for critical technical roles, balancing speed, quality, and long-term team fit.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data, and ML leaders as a strategic advisor on market dynamics and compensation.
  • Lead proactive sourcing efforts using advanced techniques across multiple channels.
  • Utilize recruiting data and funnel metrics to diagnose issues and forecast outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Ops, Finance, and People Business Partners.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and influence talent engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of technical recruiting experience, including ownership of senior and hard-to-fill roles in high-growth environments.
  • Proven experience hiring across Engineering, Machine Learning & Data functions required.
  • Strong closing skills, including navigating compensation conversations and competing offers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to track and report on hiring metrics.
  • Exceptional ability to build strong relationships and be a true partner to hiring teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience navigating and recruiting in health-tech, healthcare, or other highly regulated environments.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
