What you will do
- Lead the global technical recruiting team to ensure key metrics (Time-to-Hire, Technical Screen Pass Rates, Quality of Hire) are consistently met.
- Optimize the ATS and technical recruiting toolkit, streamline workflows, and document SOPs for technical assessments.
- Establish SLAs for the technical recruiting lifecycle, manage pipeline health, and partner with the Technical Sourcing Manager.
- Utilize performance dashboards to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the technical hiring funnel.
- Manage and develop a tenured team of Technical Recruiters, equipping them with technical fluency.
- Partner with engineering and product leadership to review hiring plans and provide strategic market intelligence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with 3+ years specifically leading technical recruiting teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Ability to lead and coach experienced recruiters, setting clear standards and building accountability.
- Strong technical fluency across backend, infrastructure, DevOps, data, security, and product domains.
- Obsessive focus on process and measurable results, with experience in refining interview frameworks.
- High proficiency in ATS management (Jobvite/Greenhouse) and technical sourcing tools.
- Polished communication and negotiation skills, capable of architecting competitive offers and advising on market realities.
