TL;DR

Full Stack Recruiter (AI): Partnering with founders and hiring managers to execute the full-cycle hiring process for a fast-growing AI company, covering technical (Engineering, Product, Data/AI) and GTM roles. Focus on proactively sourcing top talent, designing efficient interview processes, and shaping the employer brand in an AI-native startup environment.

Location: Remote, must be based in North America and have legal authorization to work in the country of residence. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $100,000–$160,000 (base salary, offers equity)

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for both Technical (Engineering, Product, Data/AI) and GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Ops) roles.
  • Partner with founders and hiring managers to scope roles and align on hiring criteria.
  • Build and execute outbound sourcing strategies, especially for hard-to-fill technical and AI talent.
  • Manage the entire candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Design and continuously improve interview processes for efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Help shape the employer brand and candidate experience from the ground up.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across both technical and GTM roles.
  • Prior experience recruiting in US-based startup environments (Series A–C).
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing hard-to-fill roles, especially engineers and senior GTM hires.
  • Highly proactive and capable of building talent pipelines from scratch.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable partnering directly with founders and executives.
  • Excellent communication, candidate storytelling, and closing skills.

Nice to have

  • Both agency and in-house recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting at an AI/ML-focused company or hiring AI/ML talent.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts across engineering, data science, or applied AI roles.
  • Prior experience being an early recruiting hire at a startup.
