What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for both Technical (Engineering, Product, Data/AI) and GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Ops) roles.
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to scope roles and align on hiring criteria.
- Build and execute outbound sourcing strategies, especially for hard-to-fill technical and AI talent.
- Manage the entire candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
- Design and continuously improve interview processes for efficiency and candidate experience.
- Help shape the employer brand and candidate experience from the ground up.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across both technical and GTM roles.
- Prior experience recruiting in US-based startup environments (Series A–C).
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing hard-to-fill roles, especially engineers and senior GTM hires.
- Highly proactive and capable of building talent pipelines from scratch.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable partnering directly with founders and executives.
- Excellent communication, candidate storytelling, and closing skills.
Nice to have
- Both agency and in-house recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting at an AI/ML-focused company or hiring AI/ML talent.
- Familiarity with technical concepts across engineering, data science, or applied AI roles.
- Prior experience being an early recruiting hire at a startup.
