What you will do

• Work closely with Business Partners to align sourcing activities with workforce plans and recruitment needs.
• Define, design, and implement sourcing strategies for building talent pools and optimize sourcing channels.
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of strategic sourcing frameworks.
• Assist clients in defining and developing compelling employee value propositions for sourcing strategies.
• Ensure effective candidate relationship management strategies are developed and utilized by the sourcing team.
• Partner with recruiters and team members to generate ideas and share information for effective searches and hiring events.

Requirements

• 1+ years of full cycle recruitment experience and candidate scheduling.
• 1+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies including market mapping and Boolean searches.
• 1+ years of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience.
• 1+ years of client-facing experience, interacting with Hiring Managers.
• 1+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews.
• High School Diploma.
