TL;DR

Associate Recruiter: Ensuring a strong candidate pipeline for hirify.global's RPO/Project clients through indirect and direct candidate sourcing, sourcing channel optimization, and proactive development of talent pools with an accent on defining and implementing sourcing strategies. Focus on optimizing sourcing channels, leveraging relevant media, and building strong relationships within the passive candidate community.

Location: Remote, must be based in the United States.

What you will do

• Work closely with Business Partners to align sourcing activities to workforce plans and recruitment needs.
• Identify channels and strategies to source candidates matching client requirements and build talent pools.
• Ensure the development and optimization of a broad range of sourcing channels.
• Assist clients in defining and developing a compelling employee value proposition.
• Ensure effective candidate relationship management strategies are utilized by the sourcing team.
• Conduct research into competing companies and create talent maps.

Requirements

• English: B2 required.
• 1+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience.
• 1+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies, including market mapping, recruitment strategies, and Boolean searches.
• 1+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
• 1+ years of client-facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers.
• High School Diploma.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience.
