What you will do

• Map and engage elite global talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies through thoughtful outreach and networking.
• Support the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack using tools from AI agents to niche technical communities.
• Own the candidate journey from discovery to close, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment, providing concise summaries.
• Work closely with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and content to position hirify.global as a top destination for AI talent.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Track record of global sourcing, attracting talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• English: C1 required.
• Comfortable hiring for products based on uncensored AI models and content.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI recruitment or familiarity with the AI space.
• Exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader TA initiatives.
