What you will do

• Build and nurture diverse communities across students, professionals, startups, and enterprise users in the UK.
• Orchestrate and deliver a range of market-level field and community experiences.
• Engage and delight hirify.global users across various event formats, including digital, meetups, third-party, and owned events.
• Own end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement of all marketing programs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of related marketing experience, with a passion for field and experiential marketing.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering customer-delighting events that drive business value.
• Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to think strategically, execute methodically, and manage multiple events and programs.
• Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
• Must be able to work from the London office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

• Experience in a fast-paced, B2B tech environment.
• Familiarity with hirify.global's value to businesses as a user.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation software like Salesforce, Marketo, Luma, Airtable, and Tableau.
