Digital Marketing Campaign Professional (Digital Marketing): Responsible for setting out and delivering marketing, trading, service, and mandatory campaigns that drive significant revenue and engage customers, with an accent on end-to-end campaign management, data targeting, and personalization. Focus on identifying test and learn hypotheses, contributing to creative briefs, and leveraging data and technology for best-in-class outcomes.

Location: London, Manchester, Birmingham or Bristol, United Kingdom. Hybrid work: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end campaigns and stakeholders effectively.
  • Own data targeting and personalization briefs.
  • Identify and implement test and learn hypotheses within campaign activities.
  • Contribute to and own creative briefs for integrated and digital-only marketing campaigns.
  • Obtain creative and targeting approvals from all required stakeholders.
  • Report on performance for all activity delivered through Marketo / AC.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing Automation squad members to drive best-in-class outcomes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a direct marketing role with an understanding of direct-response marketing.
  • Experience of end-to-end campaign management processes in a B2B environment.
  • Good knowledge of data and how to use key data points to drive data-driven digital marketing campaigns.
  • Good understanding of how Marketing Automation platforms work to build campaigns and journeys.
  • Proficiency in using data insights to drive actionable change (KPI’s, test & learn plans, AI tools).
  • Good understanding of demand management processes, resource capacity management, and campaign deployment.
  • Good understanding of the creative briefing and development process, customer profiles, and buying behaviours.
  • Experience in working cross-functionally in a collaborative manner.
  • Customer obsession is essential.
