hirify.global is looking for a strategic and insight-driven Customer Marketing Manager to lead and scale customer lifecycle and retention marketing across the EMEA region.
What you will do
- Define and execute the customer marketing strategy aligned to regional retention, expansion, and growth goals.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on segment/account-based plays that unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build and leverage lifecycle automations across the funnel, using AI to increase volume and quality.
- Develop and execute personalized marketing campaigns to enhance customer lifetime value.
- Optimize various channels, including ABM, to drive customer onboarding, retention, and expansion.
- Leverage data sources and industry trends to constantly refine lifecycle marketing strategies and optimize customer marketing.
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in customer lifecycle marketing, retention, and demand generation.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of priorities, and seek guidance when needed.
- Proven ability to navigate a matrix organization and build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using various tactics.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation tools (Marketo), engagement tools (Demandbase or 6Sense).
- Experience with tracking and analytics tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and project management tools (Workfront).
