Solution Consultant (Fintech)

Solution Consultant (Fintech): Driving revenue generation by designing solutions, positioning competitively, and building customer confidence throughout the sales cycle with an accent on understanding products, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills. Focus on driving new business, supporting strategic accounts, and ensuring collaboration between sales and implementation teams.

Location: Based in Amsterdam and will require regular travelling to support our Field team across the Netherlands

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to design and validate technical solutions that address customer requirements.
• Support sales teams by surfacing technical risks, constraints, and dependencies early in the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to support customer retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
• Support the technical execution of trade shows and industry events.
• Act as a conduit between customers and Product teams by sharing structured feedback.
• Act as the technical owner for RFP and RFI responses, coordinating inputs from various teams and ensuring high-quality submissions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in sales, solutions consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Exposure to cloud-based SaaS technologies, ideally within hospitality, retail, or adjacent industries.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is a must.
• Right to work in the country of application
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, commercial environment with evolving priorities
