Location: Must be based in Amsterdam and require regular travel across the Netherlands

What you will do

• Provide remote and field sales support, including on-site discovery, customer meetings, and in-person demonstrations.
• Partner with Account Executives to scope, design, and validate technical solutions that address customer requirements.
• Identify technical risks, constraints, and dependencies early in the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to support customer retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
• Act as an active technical contributor, providing product and integration guidance to sales teams.
• Support trade shows and industry events, including system setup and on-site troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in sales, solutions consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Exposure to cloud-based SaaS technologies, ideally within hospitality, retail, or adjacent industries.
• Strong technical curiosity and comfort learning new technologies quickly.
• A basic understanding of APIs and integrations (or strong willingness to develop this skill).
• Right to work in the Netherlands is required.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is a must.
