What you will do
- Lead and develop a regional SDR team through coaching, pipeline reviews, and prioritization.
- Act as a player-coach by actively generating pipeline through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Own execution across the region by working with forecasting, KPIs, and local plays.
- Collaborate closely across the Revenue organization with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
Requirements
- Experience leading SDRs as a Team Lead or Manager.
- Proven ability to drive initiatives and deliver results in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with modern sales tools, including Salesforce, Gong Engage, and Clay.
- Fluent in Dutch and professional English.
- Structured, organized, with a strong sense of ownership and results-driven mindset.
