What you will do

• Serve as a strategic sales partner, owning the technical relationship with prospects and customers.
• Conduct strategic discovery and deal qualification to uncover pain points and align solutions to customer impact.
• Validate technical feasibility, drive clarity on success criteria, and guide stakeholders toward a shared solution vision.
• Deliver tailored, narrative-driven demonstrations showcasing how hirify.global solves specific customer problems.
• Partner with Account Executives on solution strategy and deal shaping, proactively surfacing technical risks.
• Ensure a seamless post-sales transition by creating and completing a handoff document.
• Act as a trusted technical voice to provide structured market feedback to the Product team.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in our London office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
• Full French language proficiency is a must.
• Have 5+ years of customer-facing technical experience as a solutions engineer, sales engineer or equivalent title, including B2B SaaS.
• Possess deep technical proficiency to identify and validate technical, operational, and business pain points.
• Exhibit outstanding communication, storytelling, and active listening abilities.
• Have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux).

Nice to have

• General knowledge of a scripting language (Python, Ruby, Bash, JavaScript) and a desire to expand those skills.
• Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations.
• Prior experience in the cybersecurity space.
• Openness to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work.
