What you will do
- Manage inbound leads and outbound targeted prospects.
- Generate value for potential customers and booking product demonstration webinars and calls.
- Manage prospect expectations and overcoming objections.
- Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and deals won from your meetings.
- Develop skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing role.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (a Nordic language is a huge plus but not essential)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an SDR or BDR role within enterprise software sales.
- A strong interest in building a career in sales.
- Curiosity and demonstrable evidence of professional and personal development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - eager to advance through clearly defined learning and earning paths.
- Self-disciplined, organised and ambitious. Able to consistently hit daily and monthly objectives.
