What you will do
- Own and execute a comprehensive territory plan to build a lasting market presence.
- Identify, qualify, and capture new Enterprise business across the Nordics.
- Translate hirify.global’s powerful technical capabilities into compelling value propositions.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales process.
- Develop long-term, strategic client relationships.
Requirements
- 6+ years of direct B2B experience selling into Enterprise/Large-scale organizations.
- Strong, established network within the Swedish market.
- Professional-level proficiency in Swedish and English (Norwegian is a plus).
- Deep understanding of Cloud, Security, and how the Internet functions.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to tailor communication whether talking to a CTO or a procurement lead.
