What you will do
- Manage inbound leads and outbound targeted prospects to generate new business opportunities.
- Generate value for potential customers and book product demonstration webinars and calls.
- Manage prospect expectations and overcome objections to secure meetings.
- Reach and exceed key performance indicators, including scheduled calls, completed calls, qualified opportunities, and deals won.
- Develop skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing sales role.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (a Nordic language is a plus).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an SDR or BDR role within enterprise software sales.
- A strong interest in building a career in sales.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to advance through defined learning and earning paths.
- Self-disciplined, organized, and ambitious with the ability to consistently meet objectives.
