What you will do

• Proactively identify, contact, and cultivate new business opportunities through various channels.
• Define clients’ underlying business needs, success criteria, and KPIs.
• Develop and iterate target lists based on market research and collaboration.
• Partner with sales team on interested prospects, providing key information and approach strategies.
• Deliver compelling presentations to attract new and dormant clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of lead generation and/or sales experience in a high-growth business environment, selling SaaS or HR solutions.
• Heavy preference for previous business development experience in the assessments niche.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft CRM applications.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Language requirements: Native‑level proficiency in German (spoken and written).
