- Reach and exceed key performance indicators.
- Develop skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing role.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (a Nordic language is a huge plus but not essential).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an SDR or BDR role within enterprise software sales.
- A strong interest in building a career in sales.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - eager to advance through clearly defined learning and earning paths.
- Self-disciplined, organised and ambitious.
