TL;DR

What you will do

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel revenue for hirify.global.
  • Conduct high-level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives.
  • Schedule qualification meetings for Account Executives.
  • Leverage teammates to develop targeted lists and call strategies for regional opportunities.
  • Maintain activity and call volume to qualify leads and create pipeline growth.
  • Record and document all activities and communications in Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Sales, and/or Marketing.
  • Cold-calling experience.
  • Full fluency in Nordic Languages (ideally Swedish / Finnish / Danish).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Familiarity or experience with Sales technology (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Zoominfo).
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting with good time management.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in Sustainability, ESG, CSR, or B2B Procurement.
  • Familiarity or experience with MEDDPICC methodology.
