TL;DR

Location: Office-first in Stockholm, Sweden. Applicants must hold Swedish citizenship, EU/EEA citizenship, or a valid Swedish work permit.

What you will do

  • Be the first point of contact for potential customers, creating an unforgettable impression.
  • Qualify inbound leads, assessing fit and getting them excited to learn more about the product.
  • Book discovery calls with Account Executives and Strategic Account Managers.
  • Leverage smart, personalized outreach via phone, email, and social media.
  • Utilize AI at every opportunity to gain attention and secure buyer conversations.
  • Maintain the CRM (Hubspot) for activity tracking, forecasting, and follow-up reminders.

Requirements

  • Understanding of the Marketing space (formal education or work experience).
  • Fluency in both spoken and written business English (C1).
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Strong communication and curious mindset.

Nice to have

  • Previous SDR/BDR experience in B2B or SaaS (US or EMEA markets focus).
  • Experience with Sales tools like Hubspot and Sales Navigator.
  • Additional languages (especially French, German, Spanish, Italian).
