TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Responsible for converting inbound leads into Sales Qualified Leads, and booking discovery calls with Account Executives and Strategic Account Managers with an accent on understanding prospects' business and pains, the market, and developing new skills. Focus on leveraging smart, personalized outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to gain the attention of and secure buyer conversations with ideal customers.

Location: Must hold Swedish citizenship, EU/EEA citizenship, or a valid Swedish work permit. Work from the office a minimum of four days a week in Stockholm, Sweden.

What you will do

  • Qualify and book meetings with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Leverage personalized outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to secure buyer conversations with ideal customers, using AI.
  • Maintain daily sales activity levels to help support quarterly targets.
  • Own the CRM (Hubspot) to ensure activity is entered for account history, knowledge sharing, tracking, forecasting, and follow-up reminders.

Requirements

  • An understanding of Marketing space, either through formal education or practical work experience.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written business English.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated.
  • Team player with a focus on teamwork and humility.
  • Adaptable communication skills to talk to people in various roles and personalities.
  • Curious about understanding prospects' business and pains, the market, and developing new skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience as an SDR or BDR in a B2B or SaaS environment, with a focus on the US or EMEA markets.
  • Previous experience with Sales tools like Hubspot and Sales Navigator.
  • Any additional language is a plus (French, German, Spanish & Italian).
