What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-8 hunter Account Executives to exceed new logo ARR targets.
- Conduct weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions and team meetings, providing real-time feedback and performance improvement plans.
- Manage pipeline and forecast processes, ensuring 3x+ pipeline coverage and accurate weekly/monthly forecasts.
- Set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and address underperformance quickly and effectively.
- Recruit top hunter talent and execute comprehensive 30/60/90 day onboarding plans.
- Execute regional sales strategy and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Must have 2-4 years of sales management experience leading hunter/new business teams.
- Required: 3-5 years of individual contributor sales experience with proven quota overachievement.
- Track record of developing top-performing sales teams (80%+ quota attainment).
- Experience managing 6-10 direct reports.
- Strong coaching and performance management skills with expertise in prospecting methodologies.
- English: C1+ required; additional European language is preferred.

- Cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise SaaS management experience.
- MEDDPICC or similar methodology certification.
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams.
