What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-8 hunter Account Executives to exceed new logo ARR targets.
  • Conduct weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions and team meetings, providing real-time feedback and performance improvement plans.
  • Manage pipeline and forecast processes, ensuring 3x+ pipeline coverage and accurate weekly/monthly forecasts.
  • Set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and address underperformance quickly and effectively.
  • Recruit top hunter talent and execute comprehensive 30/60/90 day onboarding plans.
  • Execute regional sales strategy and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Must have 2-4 years of sales management experience leading hunter/new business teams.
  • Required: 3-5 years of individual contributor sales experience with proven quota overachievement.
  • Track record of developing top-performing sales teams (80%+ quota attainment).
  • Experience managing 6-10 direct reports.
  • Strong coaching and performance management skills with expertise in prospecting methodologies.
  • English: C1+ required; additional European language is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise SaaS management experience.
  • MEDDPICC or similar methodology certification.
  • Experience managing remote/distributed teams.
