What you will do

  • Lead the Account Executive team in Startup and SMB segments, driving new business acquisition against quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new Account Executives, fostering a culture of achievement, inclusiveness, and accountability.
  • Measure individual performance, conduct one-on-ones, develop skills, and create career progression plans.
  • Promote activity to maintain and build pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasts and business predictability.
  • Support the Sales Director and commercial leadership to achieve ambitious growth goals for the EMEA & APAC regions.

Requirements

  • Experience building and hiring sales teams, and coaching consultative sales teams in a growth-stage SaaS/software business.
  • Past full sales cycle experience in software/SaaS, managing multi-threaded sales processes across SMB and Mid-market.
  • Ability to motivate and champion careers, investing in coaching and development.
  • Resilience, optimism, and a growth mindset.
  • Experience building and nurturing a technical sales pipeline, with strong time management and people skills.
  • Experience selling to technical personas (CTO, Head of Product, Technical Founders).
