- Collaborate with local and global teams to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Act as Voice of the Customer by providing feedback to sales, vendor management, and finance teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- Experience in customer success, account management, or sales with proven revenue growth support.
- Knowledge and experience in cybersecurity highly valued.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and build collaborative partnerships.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
