What you will do
- Oversee daily HR operations concerning employee inquiries to ensure prompt and effective responses.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Formalize contractual elements during all the employees’ journey (labor contracts, amendments, certificates).
- Manage immigration requests (Visa work permits, renewals, National Security Number request).
Requirements
- Into a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A first internship in the HR field, ideally including experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of the French law & HR policy, employment regulations, as well as HR best practices.
- Cross country experience, managing employee populations spread in different geographies.
- Experience managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention, and exit.
