TL;DR

Ad Sales & Partnerships Manager (Latam): Driving new advertising revenue by developing non-endemic partnerships and selling hirify.global Media Solutions with an accent on building agency and brand relationships across Hispanic markets in LATAM. Focus on identifying opportunities, pitching integrated media solutions, and collaborating with the Endemic Commercial team to amplify Media Solutions adoption with Endemic Partners.

Location: Must work from our Miami office, at least 3 times per week

What you will do

  • Strengthen and grow business relationships with non-travel partners such as DMOs, Financial Institutions and other consumer brands.
  • Identify opportunities, build its own pipeline, pitch integrated media solutions and close new deals.
  • Develop a commercial strategy with media agencies and direct clients for long-term sustained success.
  • Effectively manage its own sales pipeline from the prospecting phase to the closing.
  • Drive implementation of client plans across multiple teams and products.
  • Work with the Regional Director to identify and maximize market opportunities.

Requirements

  • +8-10 years of relevant experience in commercializing Digital Advertising.
  • Proven experience in dealing with Media Agencies across different countries in LATAM
  • Relevant experience in online industry and proven knowledge of online marketing metrics and tracking.
  • Deep knowledge of the Latin American online landscape.
  • Spanish speaker & English fluency (verbal and written)
  • Target driven and proven self-starter with the ability to deliver on targets results
  • Ability to effectively liaison with hirify.global stakeholders
