What you will do
- Own searches end-to-end, driving both strategy and execution for technical roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to scale the team.
- Identify and engage strong engineers, as well as flex into other business areas like Go-To-Market and Operations.
- Refine sourcing and interview strategies.
- Contribute to the systems, tools, and processes supporting future growth.
- Help create a highly effective recruiting machine.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-bar, high-growth tech environments.
- Proven success with top-of-funnel ownership (dedicated sourcer or full-cycle recruiter).
- Skilled in crafting compelling narratives and strategic closing.
- Strong attention to detail, managing process, scheduling, and candidate communication independently.
- Fluent in using pipeline metrics to prioritize time and identify issues.
- Thrives in low-structure startup environments, building processes as needed.
