Compensation: $125,000–$165,000

What you will do

• Own searches end-to-end, driving both strategy and execution for technical roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to scale the team.
• Identify and engage strong engineers, as well as flex into other business areas like Go-To-Market and Operations.
• Refine sourcing and interview strategies.
• Contribute to the systems, tools, and processes supporting future growth.
• Help create a highly effective recruiting machine.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-bar, high-growth tech environments.
• Proven success with top-of-funnel ownership (dedicated sourcer or full-cycle recruiter).
• Skilled in crafting compelling narratives and strategic closing.
• Strong attention to detail, managing process, scheduling, and candidate communication independently.
• Fluent in using pipeline metrics to prioritize time and identify issues.
• Thrives in low-structure startup environments, building processes as needed.
