What you will do

  • Own, manage, and grow a portfolio of named Premier reseller partners to drive year-over-year revenue growth through partner-led sales.
  • Build long-term, strategic relationships with partner leadership and sales teams, developing joint business plans aligned to partner goals and hirify.global initiatives.
  • Enable and coach reseller sales teams on positioning and value; motivate partner organizations to prioritize and represent hirify.global solutions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Sales Leadership to coach internal teams on channel account strategy and best practices.
  • Use Salesforce.com to manage partner activities and opportunities, maintaining accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales or channel role with demonstrated success.
  • Background in software channel sales and reseller account management.
  • Experience in SaaS, IT software, or security software.
  • Ability to train and influence reseller sales teams, demonstrating strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
