Senior Principal Channel Account Manager (SaaS): Owning and growing a portfolio of Premier reseller partners by driving revenue growth through partner-led sales and building strategic relationships. Focus on partner enablement and development, including training, pipeline reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to represent the partner internally.

What you will do
- Own, manage, and grow a portfolio of named Premier reseller partners to drive year-over-year revenue growth through partner-led sales.
- Build long-term, strategic relationships with partner leadership and sales teams, developing joint business plans aligned to partner goals and initiatives.
- Enable and coach reseller sales teams on positioning and value; motivate partner organizations to prioritize and represent solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Sales Leadership to coach internal teams on channel account strategy and best practices.
- Use Salesforce.com to manage partner activities and opportunities, maintaining accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting.
Requirements
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales or channel role with demonstrated success.
- Background in software channel sales and reseller account management.
- Experience in SaaS, IT software, or security software.
- Ability to train and influence reseller sales teams, demonstrating strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
