What you will do
- Design and deliver structured partner onboarding programs to accelerate readiness and productivity.
- Create scalable enablement frameworks and global training curricula for Channel Sales, Pre-Sales, and Partner Success roles.
- Develop and manage certification programs and a centralized Partner Academy (LMS-driven).
- Own the creation of enablement assets, including playbooks, sales narratives, and competitive positioning materials.
- Establish KPIs to track partner activation rates, certification completion, and revenue impact.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align enablement programs with the GTM strategy.
Requirements
- 5β8+ years of experience in Partner Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Channel Programs.
- Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments.
- Proven success in designing and delivering training or certification programs.
- Familiarity with LMS, PRM (e.g., Magentrix), and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong communication, content development, and program management skills.
- Must be based in the UK.
