What you will do

• Define sales strategies to generate long-term and short-term customer success.
• Manage the entire sales process, emphasizing new business sales and expanding existing accounts.
• Develop a go-to-market territory strategy and create a qualified target account list.
• Develop a pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, and market knowledge.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, engaging appropriate resources.
• Provide periodic updates of sales reporting and pipeline reports, including quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

• Successful track record of new business sales with consistent over-achievement against targets.
• Ability to build reciprocal relationships with different parts of the business, partners, and customers.
• Solid understanding of the IT industry.
• Strong competency in building value propositions and positioning strong proposals.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate across all levels.
• Be creative with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
