What you will do

• Manage quote renewals for software/license renewals.
• Provide email and customer support for account activation and onboarding.
• Coordinate with sellers and partners for smooth onboarding and support.
• Follow up on contracts to drive revenue and ensure timely processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales operations and customer experience.

Requirements

• College graduate of any course; or High School Diploma with at least 5 years functional experience.
• At least 3-4 years BPO experience in Quote Renewals, Retention, Customer Service, or related roles.
• Experience with MS Excel for reporting and tracking.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Average to Good English communication skills (B2).
• Willingness to work on day shift (SG time zone) and 10 days Return-to-Office monthly.
