What you will do

• Maintain day-to-day communications with clients, providing project status updates and managing expectations.
• Liaise with delivery teams to ensure high-quality work that aligns with and exceeds client needs.
• Identify client business objectives and challenges on a personal level to build proactive relationships.
• Translate client briefs into detailed internal briefings for the production team.
• Monitor industry developments and competitor sets to apply a strategic mindset to all deliverables.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in account management and client services within digital advertising.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) and ability to conduct engaging presentations.
• Strong understanding of the APAC market and digital landscape.
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Advertising, or Digital.
• Proven record of organically growing existing client accounts.
