Location: Hybrid (Utrecht, Netherlands), with the possibility to work abroad for 2 months per year.

What you will do

  • Lead product launches by briefing marketing teams and driving market strategies.
  • Bridge the gap between market and product roadmap using deep insights and ICP/persona intelligence.
  • Conduct deep-dive research through sales calls, customer interviews, and secondary market analysis.
  • Build dynamic, data-backed ICP profiles to inform marketing campaigns and sales outreach.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing.
  • Possess an inquisitive mindset for digging through CRM data, sales recordings, and customer interviews.
  • Ability to translate effectively across Product, Sales, and Growth teams.
  • Comfortable with operational agility in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Skills in evidence-based storytelling using real customer language and market data.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Revenue Intelligence tools like Gong or Chorus.
  • Analytical skills to assess campaign performance data in HubSpot or GA4.
  • Vertical expertise in E-commerce, Travel, or Hospitality workflows.
