TL;DR

Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (B2B SaaS): Leading customer acquisition across paid and organic channels for a distributed marketing platform with an accent on demand generation and capture strategy. Location: This role is based at our headquarters in Amsterdam, requiring 60% office presence. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Salary: €4,800–€5,800 per month

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize paid marketing channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, comparison sites) and explore emerging platforms like AI search.
  • Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value accounts.
  • Build and optimize the full marketing funnel, from awareness to sales-accepted opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and design to create targeted campaigns and email programs to drive pipeline.
  • Design and optimize landing pages to maximize lead quality.
  • Analyze performance data across all channels to derive insights and ensure CRM data quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B performance marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, with demonstrated success in customer acquisition.
  • Hands-on expertise with paid channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other performance platforms.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and strong understanding of SEO principles.
  • Excellent English proficiency, a data-driven mindset, and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with HubSpot and marketing tools like Apollo, Supermetrics, Looker Studio, and Ahrefs.
  • Experience with AI tools and automation for marketing optimization.
  • Startup or scale-up experience.
