What you will do
- Manage and optimize paid marketing channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, comparison sites) and explore emerging platforms like AI search.
- Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value accounts.
- Build and optimize the full marketing funnel, from awareness to sales-accepted opportunities.
- Collaborate with product marketing and design to create targeted campaigns and email programs to drive pipeline.
- Design and optimize landing pages to maximize lead quality.
- Analyze performance data across all channels to derive insights and ensure CRM data quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B performance marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, with demonstrated success in customer acquisition.
- Hands-on expertise with paid channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other performance platforms.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and strong understanding of SEO principles.
- Excellent English proficiency, a data-driven mindset, and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with HubSpot and marketing tools like Apollo, Supermetrics, Looker Studio, and Ahrefs.
- Experience with AI tools and automation for marketing optimization.
