What you will do

• Own the end-to-end new hire journey from signed offer through the first 90 days.
• Design engaging ways to teach the company's story, culture, and product.
• Equip managers with tools and guidance to deliver role-specific onboarding.
• Partner with People Ops, IT, and Workplace Experience to ensure seamless Day 1 readiness.
• Track engagement and outcomes, collect feedback, and continuously iterate to improve effectiveness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in onboarding, learning & development, or enablement.
• Strong curriculum design and content development skills across live and async formats.
• Excellent facilitator, able to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience partnering with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into clear, practical learning.
• Builder mentality with high ownership and a bias toward execution.
• Deeply human in your approach, caring about how people feel, not just what they learn.
