• Partner with Product and Creative leaders to clarify roles and improve team delivery.
• Coach managers and directors on performance management and career development.
• Lead performance review processes and reward high-performing talent.
• Assist in workforce planning and align hiring with AI-powered personalized care goals.
• Resolve complex employee relations and organizational issues independently.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and influence diverse stakeholders on talent management best practices.

Requirements

• Must be US-based and work remotely.
• 6+ years progressive HR experience supporting tech or creative teams.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles including compensation, performance, employment law, and org design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
