What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CPO, CTO, and their leadership teams, influencing organizational design and talent investments.
• Translate business strategy into multi-year people business plans that support product innovation and technical scalability.
• Lead end-to-end organizational design and development initiatives across engineering, product management, design, and technical functions.
• Drive global workforce planning aligned to product roadmaps, innovation cycles, and long-term growth strategy.
• Lead enterprise-level talent reviews and succession planning processes for Product & Technology.
• Lead people strategy through complex change initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructures.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive HR or People Business Partner experience, including significant experience supporting senior Product, Engineering, or Technology leaders.
• Demonstrated expertise in organizational design for technical teams, including scaling distributed organizations.
• Proven success advising executive leadership and influencing complex business decisions.
• Strong track record in workforce planning, succession strategy, executive coaching, and talent optimization.
• Deep knowledge of employment law and risk mitigation in global or multi-state environments.
• Exceptional business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to product delivery, engineering velocity, and financial outcomes.
